Job summary

Easy Talent Limited in Poole is seeking a friendly Team Leader to head the Catering Services, working closely with chefs and managers to deliver high standards. You will lead front-of-house, brief and organize daily tasks, and ensure smooth services for events and regular shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The role offers 40 working weeks, paid leave and a £14.00 per hour rate. If you are energetic, organized, and passionate about hospitality, join us to raise the service level and support

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Front of House team.
• Ability to manage hospitality events.
• Excellent customer service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Front of House team.
• Ensure daily services and events run smoothly.
• Brief the team and organise daily tasks.
• Work with chefs and managers to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Promote a positive “can-do” team culture.
• Support Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergen procedures.
• Monitor timekeeping and daily operational requirements.
• Support team training and development.
• Deal confidently with day-to-day challenges and help resolve issues.
• Take responsibility for the department when a Manager is unavailable.
• Support evening, weekend and school events when required.

We're looking for a friendly, motivated and hands-on Team Leader to join our Catering Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service every day.

As Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the operation — supporting and motivating the team, working alongside our chefs and helping to ensure every service runs smoothly and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, motivate and support the Front of House team.
• Make sure daily services and hospitality events run smoothly.
• Brief the team and organise daily tasks and staffing.
• Work closely with chefs and managers to deliver an excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Promote a positive “can-do” team culture.
• Support Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergen procedures.
• Monitor timekeeping and daily operational requirements.
• Support team training and development.
• Deal confidently with day-to-day challenges and help resolve issues.
• Assist with due diligence checks and report equipment faults.
• Take responsibility for the department when a Manager is unavailable.
• Support evening, weekend and school events when required.
