Restaurant Associates UK is recruiting a Catering Supervisor for a full-time on-site role (40 hours/week). You will supervise the catering team on shift, prepare high-quality food, and support staff with coaching and development.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude. You will work Monday to Friday day shifts with weekend variation, under Compass Group UK&I guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Experience leading a catering team on shift and ensuring quality.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Calm and positive under pressure, with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Supervise catering team on shift to ensure impeccable food and service.
• Prepare delicious dishes to high standards.
• Train and motivate staff, leading by example.
• Liaise with customers and team to exceed expectations.
• Keep the manager updated on shift performance.
• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
