Restaurant Associates UK is recruiting a Catering Supervisor for a full-time on-site role (40 hours/week). You will supervise the catering team on shift, prepare high-quality food, and support staff with coaching and development.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude. You will work Monday to Friday day shifts with weekend variation, under Compass Group UK&I guidance.

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to obtain Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Experience leading a catering team on shift and ensuring quality.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Calm and positive under pressure, with a can-do attitude.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Catering Supervisor to join Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, working day shifts Monday to Friday and variable shifts at weekends.

You’ll lead our catering team on shift, keeping the food great, the service slick and the team motivated from open to close.

What You’ll Do

• Supervising our catering team on shift to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supporting and training the team, leading by example so everyone can excel
• Liaising between customers and the team to keep exceeding expectations
• Keeping your manager up to date on how each shift is going
• Making sure the team follows Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards on every shift

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have experience supervising a catering team, or be ready to take your first step up
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, or be willing to gain one
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Stay calm and positive under pressure
• Be motivated and always looking to learn
