Caron Group is seeking a Catering Support to join our family of care homes in mid and south Wales. You will assist the Chef/Cook, help with meal service, and support with the preparation and serving of meals while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualificações

• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom?
• At least 1 year of Catering experience
• At least 1 year of Kitchen Assistant experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and hygiene regulations

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and cooking food or Apetito.
• Completing cleaning schedules.
• Maintaining very high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor fridge / freezer temperatures.
• Report to Hospitality Coordinator for any concerns.
• Complete ongoing file for Health & Safety.
• Wash up dishes, pots and pans put through the steriliser.
• Keep china, cutlery and beakers in a very clean state.
• Monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain balanced diet for residents.
• Ensure knowledge of residents with special diet or allergies.
• Have awareness of the diabetics and their special diet.
• Assist Hospitality Coordinator in the ordering, storage and provision of food.
• Keep surfaces clean and sterilised.
• Keep appliances clean and safe.
