NHS Scotland seeks a dedicated individual to assist in the Production Kitchen. Responsibilities include managing stock, updating systems, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. The post holder will coordinate and assist with the Production Kitchen, update the Synbiotix system, manage stock requisitions considering financial constraints, and produce labels for departments.
An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable; full training will be provided, and you are expected to obtain your Food Hygiene Certificate within 3 months if not already certified. You will need to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
