Job summary

Chiswick Nursing Centre is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations across all floors using the Apetito Cook-Chill system. The role focuses on delivering safe, nutritious, appetising meals tailored to residents' dietary, cultural, and clinical requirements.

You will maintain high food safety standards, stock control, and staff supervision in line with CQC policies. The centre values compassionate, attentive individuals who enhance residents' happiness and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Solid understanding of Food Safety & HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision and coordination of food services across all floors using the Apetito Cook-Chill system.
• Ensure residents receive safe, nutritious meals that meet dietary and cultural needs.
• Maintain stock control, documentation and staff supervision in line with CQC and internal policies.
• Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.
