Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead daily catering operations across Rochdale Infirmary facilities, including patient wards and retail outlets. You will supervise catering staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and portion control, and coordinate with managers to maintain service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in supervising catering teams in NHS or similar environment.
• Understanding of food safety legislation and HACCP principles.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff to meet service standards.
