Eurest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week in Warwick. The role emphasizes exceptional food and world-class customer service across kitchens and counters.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of catering experience, team leadership, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate; strong communication and organisation skills are essential to drive health and safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to drive excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering teams.
