Job summary

Eurest UK is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. You will supervise kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while driving KPIs and a strong brand image.

The role requires a minimum of two years in catering, team leadership experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience required.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams, leading from the front.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.
