Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a team leader.
• Strong command of English, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Excellent product knowledge in food and beverage.
• Leads by example with professional conduct.
• Decision making and initiative.
• Strong customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the successful delivery of catering across the site.
• Train staff to operate to department standards.
• Monitor daily standards and report concerns to line managers.
• Liaise with kitchen, events, and reception to ensure consistent service.
• Address customer complaints courteously and escalate if needed.
• Carry out regular checks of events areas for health and safety issues.
• Ensure in-house accounting policies are followed and monitor stock.
