What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Catering Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth, high-quality food and beverage service across our catering outlets. You’ll support the General Manager and be hands-on in everything from planning events to supervising daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading catering operations for race days and special events
  • Supporting and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service
  • Managing stock levels, rotas, and event forecasting
  • Maintaining food safety, allergen awareness, and hygiene standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
