Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly.
2. Helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
3. Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
4. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
5. Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
6. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
7. Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations.

Our ideal Catering Supervisor will have:

1. A minimum of two years of catering experience.
2. Experience managing teams in a similar role.
3. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. An ambitious and motivated attitude, always looking to upskill.
6. A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
