We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and customer service, to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and delivering outstanding food experiences. This role offers opportunities for career progression within a company that values its employees.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Preparing high-quality food.
2. Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain excellent food and service standards.
3. Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I positively and maintaining the brand image.
5. Liaising with customers and teams to exceed expectations.
6. Supporting and training staff, leading by example.
7. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for all catering and service teams.

Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will:

1. Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service.
2. Have at least two years of catering experience.
3. Experience managing teams in similar roles.
4. Hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
5. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
