Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer for independent schools, seeks a Front of House Supervisor to oversee day-to-day food service and hospitality across King Edward VI School locations. You will lead a small team, ensure high standards of service, safety, and presentation for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The role focuses on allergen controls, hygiene, event support, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for training and career development.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, service, and presentation of food and hospitality to a high standard.
• Supervise and support team members with confident leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas.
• Coordinate the preparation, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events and hospitality services.
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures.
• Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions.
• Champion allergen controls and related procedures.
• Support management with planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Supervisor to support the day-to-day food service and hospitality delivery across our King Edward VI School locations. This role is essential in ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive high-quality, nutritious meals served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
