Holroyd Howe seeks an enthusiastic and reliable team member to support day-to-day food and service delivery across the school. You will help ensure pupils, staff and visitors enjoy high-quality, nutritious meals served with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, service and presentation of food to a high standard.
• Maintain kitchen and service area cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with labelling, temperature checks and allergen controls.
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff and visitors.
• Set up and clear service areas to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety and safeguarding procedures.
• Support hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions.
• Travel to site with own transport or reliable travel arrangements.
• Demonstrate a proactive, flexible, customer-focused approach.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and development.

• Support the preparation, service, and presentation of food to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
• Assist with food labelling, temperature checks, and allergen controls
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
• Set up and clear service areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
• Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions
• Accountability for following and championing allergen controls, Our respectful codes of conduct inform how we behave towards our clients and customers, suppliers and business partners, and each other.
  Own transport or ability to travel reliably to site due to limited public transport links.
  Ideally have experience working within contract, or high-volume catering
