Job summary

Oxford Lifelong Learning is seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our Catering Team at Rewley House, Oxford. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day catering operations across multiple sites, supports events and conferences, and upholds high standards of customer care.

You will work five days out of seven, averaging 36.5 hours per week. Hours are 7am–10:30pm with occasional longer events. This is a full-time permanent contract in a welcoming, professional team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality or catering sector in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude toward customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Oxford Lifelong Learning, Department for Continuing Education, Rewley House, 1 Wellington Square, Oxford, OX1 2JA Oxford Lifelong Learning is seeking to appoint a Catering Supervisor to join our Catering Team. About the Role A hands-on position in a friendly, supportive catering team. You'll oversee day-to-day and work in the catering operations, support service delivery for events and conferences, and maintain high standards of customer care across multiple sites. You will work an average of five days out of seven, 36.5 hours per week. The normal hours of operation of the catering area are from 7am to 10.30pm, with occasional events that exceed these hours. This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract.

  • Supervise the day-to-day catering operations across Rewley House and Ewert House, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
