Job summary

Compass Group PLC is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Chartwells catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week across around 6,000 venues. The role demands hands-on leadership, high standards of food, and superb customer service.

You will supervise teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and communicate with your line manager to drive exceptional dining experiences. Excellent perks support growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
