Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis (32 hours per week), contracted to 42 weeks per year. You will ensure kitchens and counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to enable everyone to excel.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 32 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
