Job Opportunity: Catering Supervisor in Belfast

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our team in Garnerville, Belfast - BT4 2NX. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate, full training, uniform, and benefits.

• Salary: £14.00 per hour
• Schedule: 5 days out of 7, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Lead and motivate the food service team, providing guidance, training, and feedback
• Collaborate with the Catering Manager and Head Chef on food offerings
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and hygiene practices in compliance with regulations
