As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of all catering activities within the centre. You will ensure compliance with cleaning and food safety policies while providing high standards of customer service to our visitors. You will identify recruitment needs and manage the process from recruitment to onboarding new staff. You will create monthly stocktake spreadsheets, conduct regular stock checks, and organize training to maintain a five-star Food Hygiene Rating.

You should have previous experience managing a team, preferably in catering or hospitality. Experience in food preparation, stock ordering, and monitoring is essential. You need a background in a customer-focused environment, with excellent customer service skills and experience managing a busy workload. Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations and food standards policies is also required.
The role involves working both weekdays and weekends, with flexibility required as part of a 5 over 7 staffing rota.
