Role Overview

The Catering and Retail Support Manager (CRSM), reporting to the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail (AHOCR), will support catering and retail operations nationwide at an operational level. The CRSM will work closely with the AHOCR to implement strategic plans, focusing on profitability and performance improvements aligned with our sustainability goals. The role involves building relationships across departments, analyzing site performance, providing guidance and training to teams across multiple locations, and managing store openings, including equipment, stock, and training.

Candidate Profile

Strong leadership experience in retail and catering operations, including leisure and high street brands. Valid licenses such as Driving, Premises Licence (Alcohol), and Food Safety Management are required. Ability to travel up to 4 days a week is essential.
