Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is seeking an experienced Front of House (Catering Operations) Manager to lead our catering operation at London Stadium. You will oversee 5–10 catering units, manage stock, and lead a team of around 30 staff per event to deliver high standards of food and service.

The role requires strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and excellent organisational and communication skills. This is casual, with an expected 20–25 hours per week across event days and setup periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualifications in Food Hygiene/food safety and related areas.
• Experience overseeing multiple catering units in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and stock management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–10 catering units across event and set-up days.
• Lead and motivate a team of ~30 staff per event.
• Maintain food safety, allergen compliance, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure accurate stock counting and ordering; minimise waste.
• Coordinate with Unit Managers and stock teams for smooth operations.
• Report performance, staffing, stock and issues to Venue Manager.
