Exemplar Health Care’s Coronation Court care home in Cannock is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the kitchen team and deliver nutritious meals for residents. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop menus with dietary considerations, and ensure high food hygiene standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills and a commitment to safety. We offer induction and ongoing training, with weekends included in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering management within a care setting or similar environment.
• Ability to plan nutritious menus that meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Proven track record of leading a catering team and managing budgets.
