Grazing, a sharp, agile London‑based contract caterer, is hiring an experienced Catering Manager to lead catering services for a prestigious client. This key leadership role covers day‑to‑day operations, delivering exceptional dining and event experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets and performance, and drive profitability with hands‑on involvement in P&L, reporting and continuous service

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar catering/operations role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L and performance metrics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day catering operations for a prestigious client.

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Catering Manager to lead catering services for one of our prestigious clients. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, delivering exceptional dining and event experiences, and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.

You will lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement. The role also includes full financial responsibility (P&L), budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.

Key duties include overseeing catering orders, managing suppliers, ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards, and continuously improving service delivery through innovation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively. You will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
