Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Catering Manager for Coronation Court in Cannock. You will manage the kitchen, prepare meals, and develop menus to meet residents’ dietary needs while ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety.

You’ll lead a catering team, manage stock within budget, and support induction and ongoing training. The role requires weekend work and full-time hours in a care home environment.
