Compass Group Ireland in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee all UK&I catering and service operations for Northern Ireland on a full-time basis.

You will lead kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service across multiple units. The role involves shift patterns of 5 days out of 7 and a strong emphasis on team development and KPI delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years catering experience
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
• Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred

Aufgaben

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Overseeing in-unit catering operations including inventories and budgets
• Monitoring KPIs and targets with your line manager
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Identifying opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Training teams and leading from the front to enable excellence in roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams
