Stewarts Abbey is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our busy coffee shop. You’ll drive daily operations, develop your team and deliver a memorable customer experience while growing sales and margins.

Working in a family‑run garden centre, you’ll ensure food hygiene, stock management and smooth, profitable service across seven days, including weekends and seasonal peaks.

You’ll thrive in a hands‑on role, lead by example and build a culture of excellence in product quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy cafe/coffee shop.
