Catering Manager - Greenford

Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

40 hours per week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager with a culinary background to join our team in Greenford. You will provide outstanding service to staff and customers, guiding and motivating your team to excel. The role requires you to be commercially aware, influential in daily operations, and to lead by example, setting high standards.

Your responsibilities include enhancing sales, delivering excellent service, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet contractual and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
2. Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and front-of-house areas
3. Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
4. Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
5. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
6. Completing weekly reports and bookwork
7. Managing stock taking and ordering

Services include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, coffee shop, and retail

About you:

• Excellent culinary skills with experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate others
• Experience managing client relationships
• Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes
• IT literate (MS Office and emails)
• Business management experience in a kitchen environment
