Catering Manager - Greenford

Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

40 hours per week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager with a culinary background to join our team in Greenford. You will provide outstanding service to staff and customers, guiding and motivating your team to excel. The role requires a commercially aware individual with a strong presence and personality to influence day-to-day operations, maximize team performance, and set high standards.

You will be responsible for enhancing sales and delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and front of house
  • Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly reports and bookwork
  • Stock taking and ordering

Services include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, coffee shop, and retail.

About you:

  • Excellent culinary skills with experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging and motivating others
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes
  • IT literate (MS Office and emails)
  • Business management experience in a kitchen environment
