Job Introduction

Catering Manager - Greenford

Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

40 hours per week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager with a culinary background to join our team in Greenford. You will provide outstanding service to staff and customers, guiding and motivating your team to excel. As Catering Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence daily operations, maximize team performance, lead by example, and set high standards.

Your role involves enhancing sales and delivering excellent customer service. Building strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and contractual obligations is essential.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and front of house
  • Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly reports and bookkeeping
  • Stock taking and ordering supplies

Services include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, coffee shop, and retail.

About you:
  • Excellent culinary skills with experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate others
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes
  • IT literate (MS Office and email)
  • Business management experience within a kitchen environment
