Overview

We are looking to appoint a Catering Manager to lead in the ordering, receiving, preparing and cooking of all meals. Responsibilities include till work, stock replenishment, budgeting, pricing and maintaining our 5-star FSA hygiene rating. Very importantly, we seek someone who works well in a team, is flexible, adaptable and can work under pressure without losing their sense of humour. Full training will be provided as appropriate.
