Job summary

Okehampton College is seeking an enthusiastic Catering Manager to lead our established catering team, shaping a high-quality service for students and staff. You will drive nutritious menus, themed days, and events while promoting a positive food culture across our schools.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to maintain the highest standards, ensuring health and safety compliance and engaging with the school community in menu development.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Catering Manager to join our established catering Team at Okehampton College, the position requires somebody with culinary flare and imagination to continue and enhance the catering offer that the existing team have worked hard to achieve. Engagement with students and staff plays a vital role in menu planning, themed days, events and promotes a positive food culture across our schools. As a key member of our Trusts catering team you will work closely with your colleagues based in other schools within our Trust to ensure we achieve the highest standards and continue to enhance our catering offer across all Trust schools.

Training Details:

Location: DMAT Central Offices Okehampton, Devon

Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.

Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
