You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering service, ensuring it meets the highest standards while respecting the cultural nuances of our client.

With a strategic mindset, you will drive operational efficiency, growth, and profitability, while also inspiring and developing your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the catering team, promoting continuous improvement and training
  • Drive innovation and collaborate on introducing new culinary concepts
  • Oversee chef development and ensure menus align with client expectations and trends
  • Maintain client reporting to monitor satisfaction and performance
  • Work with events teams to deliver impactful catering experiences
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process improvement
  • Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Food Safety Level 2 certified with a strong chef background and team leadership experience
  • Proven passion for food and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experienced in using EPOS till systems and food ordering platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for operational and reporting tasks
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain client confidence
  • Skilled in managing kitchen operations and team performance
  • Committed to high food safety and service standards
