Job summary

InspireAll Leisure & Family Support Services is seeking a full-time Catering Manager to lead catering operations for the centre. You will supervise staff, plan rosters, and train team members while delivering hands-on cooking and customer-focused service for centre bookings and events.

The role requires experience in a catering environment and the ability to work evenings and weekends in line with shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a catering environment.
• Ability to manage staff rotas and deliver training.
• Experience handling catering enquiries for events/parties.

Responsibilities

• Order stock for café.
• Manage staff rota and deliver training.
• Handle catering enquiries for childrens parties, including menu options and dietary requirements.
• Hands-on kitchen work preparing food for centre customers and bookings.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations to maintain a 5-star rating.
• Control of allergens.

Job description

• Ordering stock for the café.
• Managing a rota of staff and delivering training for all catering staff
• Dealing with food enquiries for children's parties, including menu options, dietary requirements and catering arrangements
• Working 'hands on' in the kitchen preparing food for the centre customers, bookings and others
• Understanding and implementing food hygiene regulations to the highest standards to maintain the 5-star rating
• Control of allergens
