Job summary

Kellan Group is seeking a General Catering Manager for a dual-site Birmingham contract. The role covers staff dining, hospitality and retail management with a Monday–Friday pattern. Salary ranges £40,000–£43,000 per annum, with an excellent overall package.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of senior catering contract management experience, a chef-manager background, strong leadership, and a proven track record in people management, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidatewith experience in multi-outlet catering to excel in a General Catering Manager role across a contract based in Birmingham.

This role has a strong catering focus, with responsibilities across staff dining, hospitality, and retail management.

Experience required:

• 3+ years' senior-level experience managing catering contracts including catering services, hospitality and retail.
• Previous Chef Manager or craft background
• Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence.
