Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Catering, Hospitality or a relevant discipline.
• Strong professional catering/industry experience.
• Ability to support and inspire learners; teaching experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based Catering sessions.
• Demonstrate professional culinary techniques and standards.
• Support learners working towards vocational qualifications.
• Teach food preparation, cooking and kitchen practices.
• Promote high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Assess practical work and monitor learner progress.
• Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships or further study.
• Support learners with SEN/ALN.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
