Axcis Education in London is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with catering experience to work full-time at a college in Haringey. You will support students during classroom and practical catering sessions, helping them develop practical skills, confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide learning support to students during classroom-based and practical catering sessions.
• Assist students with catering tasks, food preparation, and the development of practical skills.
• Support students with additional learning needs, encouraging their engagement and participation.
• Work closely with teaching staff to help deliver effective learning activities.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage students to build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
• Follow relevant health and safety, food hygiene, and safeguarding procedures.
