Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a full-time chef for Shirehall, Gloucester, to cater the staff restaurant and cafe. You will produce fresh food daily from a rolling three-week menu, Monday to Friday, year-round.

The role offers a fixed hourly rate of £14.21 for 25 hours per week, with shifts from 9:15 to 2:15. Experience is preferred, and you will follow Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures and maintain paperwork.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
