Sodexo at Battlesbury Officer's Mess in Warminster is seeking a professional Chef to prepare high-quality meals within a fast-paced Ministry of Defence environment. You will work alongside military personnel, ensuring top-tier service and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Professional chef experience in catering or hospitality.
• Culinary qualifications: City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene per EHO guidelines.
• Work with front-of-house to deliver outstanding service.
• Cook and serve meals to military personnel, ensuring consistency.
• Oversee kitchen sanitation and best practices.
• Participate in high-profile events and functions.
• Contribute to bulk cooking ensuring quality.
