• Preparing drinks and serving food to high standards.
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and cards).

• Maintaining stock of mugs and plates.
• Learning brewing methods, beverage blends, and food prep techniques.
• Checking brewing equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image.
