Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting for a Catering Assistant in Brockenhurst, working 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday. The role offers weekly pay and the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment. An Enhanced DBS and Allergens certificate are essential for this position.

You will assist chefs with food prep, support service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure dietary/allergen requirements are managed. DBS and allergen qualifications are required.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Receive, check and store deliveries.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with dietary and allergen requirements.
