Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Catering Assistant for a 5-week placement in Brockenhurst. The role runs Monday to Friday, 09:30–15:00, with a pay rate of £14.24 per hour including holiday pay. Enhanced DBS and an Allergens certificate are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation (peeling, chopping, portioning).

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Receive, check and store deliveries.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with dietary and allergen requirements.
