Job summary

Stir is seeking a Catering Assistant to be the face of our service, delivering friendly customer service while preparing delicious, nutritious meals from fresh, sustainable ingredients.

You will support the team with service excellence, assist chefs, and ensure a clean, safe kitchen. DBS disclosure is required and training will be provided; weekend shifts are not needed. Location: Felpham, West Sussex, UK.

Qualifications

• Friendly, versatile personality for a fast-paced environment.

• Basic Health & Safety understanding.
• Training provided for Health & Safety and DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the counter.
• Assist chefs with meal preparation.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organised.
• Operate the tills and handle payments.
• Uphold Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.
