Nottingham Academy is seeking a Catering Assistant for the Secondary Site to assist in preparing and serving meals, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene. The role supports the Chef Manager and provides friendly, efficient service to staff and pupils.
Requirements include Level 2 Food Safety and NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality (or willingness to pursue). HACCP knowledge and strong communication are essential.
18.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
The successful applicant will provide support to the Chef Manager, ensuring that all catering services are of the highest possible standard. You will be required to prepare and serve meals and provide a friendly and efficient service to all staff and pupils.
