Job summary

Hertfordshire Catering Ltd (HCL) is seeking a Catering Assistant for 25 hours per week at Farnham and Robertson House. The role involves assisting with food preparation and serving meals to children, while upholding Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of key allergens is preferred.
• Demonstrates reliability and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking and serve meals to children.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
• Receive, check, and organise supplier deliveries.
• Carry out washing-up duties and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
• Representing HCL and reflecting our values in everything you do.
