Job summary

Accent Catering Services Ltd in Portsmouth is recruiting a Catering Assistant for a school site in PO4. This role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 2:30pm, term-time only, offering a friendly, supportive team environment.

You will handle food preparation, serving and cleaning, while delivering high standards of presentation and customer care. Training will be provided; overtime may be available as needed.

• Experience in catering or food service is helpful.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

What you will be doing

• Food preparation

This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
