Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Catering Assistant to join a supportive team and help deliver nutritious, well-presented meals to residents. You will follow health and safety standards, assist with service, and help minimise waste while using kitchen equipment safely.

The role requires a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one), knowledge of COSHH, and previous catering experience; experience with older people is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and service of nutritious, well-presented meals.
