Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Catering Assistant in Skipton. The role involves helping deliver excellent hospitality, serving customers, making drinks, assisting in food prep, and stocking machines.

Two shifts are available: 18 hours per week (Tue-Thu, 8:00–14:30) and 19.5 hours per week (Tue-Thu, 7:30–14:30). Enjoy 28 days holiday pro rata, birthday leave, free on-site parking, meals on shift, and extensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
• Team player with great communication.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.

This is a varied role that includes food preparation, serving customers, making barista coffee, filling vending machines, stock taking, putting away deliveries, using the pot wash and much more! Job Description
