Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH procedures.
• Experience in catering or kitchen environment.
• Experience working with older people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and service of meals.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Help minimise waste and use equipment safely.
• Support catering team and communicate issues promptly.
