Job summary

NHS Lothian in Scotland is recruiting for a Catering Assistant to help provide Patients, Staff and Visitors with a high quality, person-centred and safe catering service. You will assist with the preparation of food and help maintain cleanliness in kitchens, dining rooms and all equipment.

This role involves supporting production, portioning, distribution and service of meals and snacks, working a 5 days over 7 pattern with alternate weekends and shifts 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm; the contract is
